Connecting to QuickBooks

Sync customers, invoices, and payments with QuickBooks Online.

The QuickBooks integration keeps your accounting in sync with Local Business Pro. Here's how to set it up.

If Intuit sent you here after a disconnect, the connection between Local Business Pro and your QuickBooks Online company is terminated. To reconnect, sign in to Local Business Pro, open Settings → Integrations, choose QuickBooks Online, and select Connect to QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Online Setup

Go to Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks Online. Select Connect to QuickBooks, sign in to Intuit, choose your QuickBooks Online company, and authorize accounting access. After authorization, select the default QuickBooks product or service for invoice lines and the deposit account for completed payments.

Local Business Pro creates QuickBooks customers as needed and creates or updates linked invoices in QuickBooks Online. It records completed Local Business Pro invoice payments there. QuickBooks Online invoice updates can reflect the linked invoice's paid or void status in Local Business Pro. QuickBooks payment void and delete notifications are logged for manual review; they do not automatically reverse a Local Business Pro payment.
