Phone Number Release: Upon canceling your paid plan, the phone number associated with your AI Receptionist will be released. This means that you will no longer have access to this dedicated line for handling customer calls.

Monthly Conversation Cap: The free plan limits the number of monthly conversations you can have using our online chat widget. This cap ensures that the free plan remains sustainable while still providing essential support for your business operations.

Feature Limitations: While you will still have access to a variety of features on the free plan, certain premium functionalities available in the paid plan will no longer be accessible. Data Retention: Your account data, including chat histories and customer information, will be retained for a limited period. This retention allows you to seamlessly upgrade back to a paid plan in the future if you decide to reinstate the full suite of services.
