Guidelines for Responsible Disclosure

Recognition and Rewards

We may, at our sole discretion, recognize and reward valid reports that lead to a confirmed security fix. Rewards are determined based on:

  • The severity of the vulnerability.

  • The potential impact on our users and platform.

  • The quality of the report and reproducibility.

Please note:

  • Not all reports may qualify for a reward.

  • We reserve the right to determine the eligibility and amount of any reward.

This policy applies to:

Out of Scope

  • Social engineering attacks against Local Business Pro employees or customers.

  • Physical attacks on our offices or infrastructure.

  • Automated vulnerability scanning without permission.

  • Issues related to outdated browsers or plugins.

Legal Safe Harbor

We will not pursue legal action against individuals who:

  • Engage in good faith security research.

  • Follow this policy.

  • Avoid harming our users or systems.
