How to Manage Your Integrations

Each business has their own unique CRM that they are using. You can integrate your own CRM on “Settings” on the left side menu. 

Then go over the “Integrations” tab.

Then click the “Add New Integration” on the top right. 

Here, you can select from the dropdown menu what CRM you want to connect. 

Once the CRM is added, click on the CRM to load the settings where you can change what we want to do with the integration. This will include what data you want to send to your CRM like Chat Conversations and Phone Conversations.

Click “Connect or Save Integration” once you’re happy with the modification you set up.
