Adding Customers to Your CRM

Your customer database is the foundation of Local Business Pro. Here's how to get your customers into the system.
Manual Entry
Click 'Add Customer' from the Customers page. Fill in contact information, service address, and any relevant notes.
Bulk Import
Have an existing customer list? Use our CSV import tool to add hundreds of customers at once. Download our template for the correct format.
Bizzy Can Do This For You
Instead of doing this manually, just tell Bizzy:
"Hey Bizzy, add a new customer named [name] at [address]"
Or navigate to: Customers → Add Customer
