How Does Billing Work?


At Local Business Pro, we charge for what you use! Each of our plans includes a fixed rate that includes a large amount of usage in the form of minutes and entire conversations via the chat widget. Then, if you happen to overflow one month, we offer additional minutes at an additional charge.

To check your billing, log in to your Local Business Pro Account and go to ‘Setting’. On the ‘Settings’, click ‘Billing’. Under ‘Billing’ you will be able to see your Current Usage, wherein you will also see the minutes remaining included in your plan, minutes you have used, and additional minutes you have used that are beyond your current plan. Under ‘Billing’ is also where you will add your card that you will use as the payment method. We will also give you a copy of your transactions with us, which can also be accessed under ‘Billing’.
