How to Connect your CRM to Local Business Pro

Connecting your CRM

You can connect your CRM account with Local Business Pro so all data and conversations from Local Business Pro will be recorded on your CRM.

You can integrate your own CRM with the following steps:

  1. Click ‘Settings’ on the left sidebar menu.
  2. At the top, click ‘Integrations’.
  3. Click the ‘Add New Integration’ button.
  4. Select from the dropdown menu what CRM you want to connect.
  5. Once the CRM is added, click on the CRM to load the settings so you can change what we want to do with the integration. This will include what data you want to send to your CRM, like Chat Conversations and Phone Conversations.
  6. Click ‘Connect or Save Integration‘ once you’re happy with the modification you set up.
