Zampi (“Zampi,” “we,” “us,” “our”) prioritizes your privacy.
We have adopted this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to help our website visitors, users, current and potential customers, clients, their employees, our employees, and other business partners understand what Data we process, how and why we do so, and what your rights are regarding that Data. This Privacy Policy governs information we collect through our website, software and mobile website (collectively, “Site”) and information we collect from you or third parties through any other means to provide our services or perform other business activities (collectively, “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies only to data collected by Zampi through the Site and Services and does not apply to our privacy practices with regard to data we process on behalf of companies for whom we perform work (“Clients”). Because of the nature of our Services, the term Data also includes the information, including personally identifiable information, you process from your customers and that you upload to the Services. We rely on your compliance with our Terms of Service, in which you represent and warrant that you have express permission to process your customer’s personal information. We hold all rights in and may use De-identified Data for our own purposes in any manner and without attribution or compensation to any person.
Please carefully read this Privacy Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service, before using our Site and/or Services. If you do not agree with the Terms of Service and/or this Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using our Site and/or Services. Each type of Sensitive Personal Information may overlap with a category of Personal Information listed above. The type of Personal Information we collect about you may vary based on how you use our Sites and/or Services and your relationship with us.
Further, Personal Information may include information processed when you sign up, login to your account, or otherwise link to your account through Facebook, Google, Microsoft/Bing, or Apple, including registration and profile information. When you link third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft/Bing, and Apple to the Services, you authorize us to process any Data the third-party platform may give us (i.e. email address, username, etc.); and, all of such data is considered Personal Information. Please note that any third-party platform you link to the Services likely has its own privacy policy that governs its use and processing of your data. Usage Data and Site Activity
As you navigate through our website, we automatically gather information related to your interactions on the platform (“Usage Data”). AI Models & Your Data
Zampi uses various 3rd party AI models to provide the best experience for the businesses and the customers that use Zampi’s Local Business Pro software. To ensure fluid communication, Zampi will share business information such as business hours, business services, etc. and conversation details such as the transcript or audio files with third party AI models. Our users do not have the ability to opt-out of sharing data with the AI models that we use. We have selected trustworthy AI service providers who protect sensitive data shared with them. In addition to protect our user’s privacy, we have limited the amount of data that we share with these AI service providers and the amount of control they have over your data. For example, a third party AI service provider’s AI will never be able to access any 3rd party integration directly but only with our system.
User Consent:
We do not require our users to give us explicit consent to share their information with our AI service providers because our entire application is built around the purpose of integrating AI into our user’s business. We believe that because of the nature of our business and our application that it is inherently understood that AI models will have access to their information.

Zampi’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

California “Do Not Track” Disclosure
