How to Change Your Subscription Plan

Subscribing to a Local Business Pro Plan

We offer various subscription plans tailored to fit your business needs, with the right plan for you depending on the average number of calls you receive each month. You can begin with the basic plan and have the flexibility to change or upgrade your subscription as your business grows and your needs evolve. Note: We utilize Stripe as our payment method due to its reputation as one of the safest online payment platforms. With Stripe, your credit card information is neither collected nor stored by us, ensuring maximum security for your transactions. Trusted by renowned companies such as Amazon, Shopify, and Lyft, Stripe offers a secure and reliable payment solution that you can depend on.

Before subscribing to a plan, make sure you already added your debit or credit card at the Billing tab. To do that go to ‘Settings’ on the left sidebar menu. Then, at the top, click ‘Billing’. 

Inside the ‘Billing’ tab, you will see all your Active cards, Invoices, and Transaction. On the Active cards, click ‘Add Card’ to link a debit or credit card.

Once you already have a card added to your Local Business Pro Account, you can now subscribe to a plan. To check all of those plans and choose which one you’ll subscribe to, follow these steps:

  1. Click ‘Settings’ on the left sidebar menu.
  2. At the top, click ‘Plan’.
  3. From the drop down menu, choose the subscription plan based on how many calls you need per month.
  4. Click ‘Upgrade’.
