Getting Started with Your Local Business Pro's AI Receptionist
After logging in your Local Business Pro Account, you will see the following tabs:
- Conversations: This is where you can view all the chat and call recordings from your AI Receptionist’s interactions with your contacts. The Conversations Dashboard allows you to analyze these interactions, helping you develop a custom growth plan for your business. You can categorize each conversation as a new lead, current customer, follow-up, sold, spam call, testing, etc. Additionally, all recorded conversations can be filtered in various ways, enabling precise analysis and easy reporting for better planning.
- Receptionist: This is where you can configure your AI Receptionist to operate as you would like your office assistant or customer service representative to. You will find several tabs here to customize your AI Receptionist, add and manage your business services, get instructions on embedding the AI Receptionist on your website, enable the AI Receptionist to take calls, and test its functionality before going live. Going through each tab and setting it up meticulously will ensure it represents your business exactly as you want it to.
- Settings: In this section, you can manage various aspects of your account and business settings, including setting and editing your user and business information making sure they are up-to-date, adding or editing your billing information to view transactions and invoices, and managing your subscription plan to suit your business needs. Additionally, you can set up notification alerts to stay informed about important updates, update your password to ensure account security, and add or manage integrations with other tools and platforms to streamline your business operations.
- Knowledge Center: This is your go-to resource for all things related to Local Business Pro. Here, you can access a comprehensive collection of helpful articles, detailed documentation, step-by-step tutorials, and frequently asked questions (FAQs). Whether you need guidance on using specific features, troubleshooting issues, or optimizing your use of the platform, the Knowledge Center provides the information and support you need to succeed.
