How much does it cost?

Our goal is to make an AI Receptionist for small businesses that is accessible to all businesses, independent of their revenue. To achieve that, we use a per-usage model where our prices get more economical the more you use it — ensuring that Local Business Pro will scale with your business as our AI Receptionist closes more sales for your business.

How Does Billing Work?

At Local Business Pro, we charge for what you use! Each of our plans includes a fixed rate that includes a large amount of usage in the form of minutes and entire conversations via the chat widget. Then, if you happen to overflow one month, we offer additional minutes at an additional charge. 

What are the payment options?

Currently, we partnered exclusively with Stripe for all our payment processing needs. We picked them as they are extremely reliable, PCI compliant, secure, and they provide a hassle-free experience for our customers. 

Most of our plans require a credit card or a debit card. However, if Stripe is processing large amounts for your account each month, we invite you to reach out for an additional discount where we will get your account on ACH for easier billing.

What if I wanted to cancel?

The cost per call/chat fluctuates based on your plan. However, these rates may go higher or lower depending on your usage. For example, in every plan, we include a large amount of base minutes at a discounted rate. Then, if you overflow those minutes, we have a price per minute and conversation cost that will scale with you. 

We don’t automatically shut off your account once you’ve hit your plan limit because we don’t want to create an opportunity for you to miss a new customer.

Do you have a ‘pay-as-you-go’ option?

Yes, you only need to pay for the minutes of calls and the number of chats you received. However, if you commit to a higher plan, you will receive significant discounts. Please see  How Does Billing Work or our pricing page for a complete breakdown of our pricing options.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we do offer a free trial. With your free trial we will also give you a month of premium support for free.

Can I ask for reimbursements for spam chats and calls?

Yes, definitely.
