How to Get Your AI Receptionist Phone Number

After creating your Local Business Pro account, you’ll need to purchase a phone number for your AI receptionist. This number enables your AI to receive inbound calls and make outbound calls.

If you haven’t purchased a number yet, follow these steps:

How to Purchase Your AI Receptionist Number

  1. Go to “Connect” in the left sidebar menu.
  2. Select “Chat and Phone Setup.”
  3. If you don’t have a number yet, you’ll see a red button labeled “Upgrade Account.” If you signed up for a free account, you’ll need to subscribe to a plan before using the AI receptionist for calls. Click “Upgrade Account.”
  4. Choose a plan that best suits your business needs.
  5. Click “Upgrade.” You’ll be prompted to enter your card details. Click “Okay” to proceed.
  6. Enter your debit/credit card details, then click “Add Card.”
    • Note: If your card is declined due to incorrect details, unsupported card type, or other issues, our Support Team can assist you.
  7. Once you have added your credit/debit card details successfully, a checkmark will confirm your subscription.
  8. Return to “Chat and Phone Setup.” Instead of the “Upgrade Account” button, you’ll now see a “Select Number” button. Click it.
  9. Enter your preferred area code.
    • If no results appear, try a different area code.
  10. Once available numbers are displayed, choose one and click “Select.”
  11. A notification will confirm your selection. Click “OK.”

 

Your selected number will now appear as your Receptionist’s Number.
