Appointment Duration in Minutes
This setting allows you to define the exact length of each appointment in minutes. It’s crucial for planning and ensuring there is sufficient time allocated for each session, preventing overlap or delays in your schedule.
Minimum Notice Time in Business Days
Specify the minimum number of business days’ notice required for booking an appointment. Setting this to zero enables same-day appointments, which is particularly useful for services that can accommodate immediate bookings, such as within the next hour or even right after the call.
Furthest Possible to Book in Business Days
This setting allows you to define the maximum number of business days into the future that customers can schedule an appointment. Setting this to zero restricts bookings to the same day the customer makes the call, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled within the current day.
