How to Set Your Pricing Strategy for Your AI Receptionist

In this section, you’ll be able to set up the pricing for each service. The AI Receptionist will then send this price or quotation to the customer.

To add your pricing strategy for each service, follow the steps below:

1. Click the ‘+‘ sign.
2. Add the Title/Name of the Pricing Info (e.g.  One-time service fee)
3. Add the pricing details (e.g. 300 dollars)
4. Click ‘Create’.

However, in instances that your pricing or quotation is complicated or can vary depending on different factors, you can tell the AI Receptionist to not provide any pricing or quotation.
