How to Update Your Business Details

This is where you can add and maintain your basic business information to ensure it’s always up-to-date. There may be instances where the AI receptionist retrieves information about your business, such as your website, location, email, or phone number, especially when customers inquire. Therefore, it’s crucial to input accurate and current details about your business.

If you need to make any changes to your business information or account user details, you can easily edit them by navigating to Settings > Business Info.

You can change the following information under Business Info:

2. Email
3. Website URL
4. Business Phone
5. Public Business Email
6. Organization/Company Name
7. Business Location
8. Service Areas
9. Default Time Zone
10. Business Hours
