Embedding Your AI Receptionist On Your Site

Local Business Pro’s AI Receptionist isn’t just for answering phone calls — it also handles chat messages seamlessly. By embedding the chat widget on your business website, you can provide visitors with instant, interactive assistance directly from your AI Receptionist.

To embed the AI Receptionist chat widget to your website, do the following:

1. Navigate to the Call & Chat Setup option in the sidebar menu of your Local Business Pro dashboard.
2. Under the Website Chat Widget section, locate the provided code. Copy this code and paste it into the footer section of your website. This will embed the chat widget on your site.

Replace Your Existing Chatbot (Optional):

Using Local Business Pro’s chatbot is optional, but we recommend replacing your current chatbot with the AI Receptionist for a unified and optimized customer experience.

Note: The appearance and functionality of the chatbot widget may vary depending on your website’s design and platform. Additional customization, such as CSS styling, might be required to make the widget visually appealing and perfectly aligned with your site’s aesthetic.
